Nathan Pinto is a multifaceted American producer and multi-instrumentalist with a focus in keyboard and percussion instruments.
Nathan studied jazz and music technology at California State University, Long Beach where he received his B.M. in Music Performance.
Nathan has studied with industry professionals like Jeff Jarvis (wrote for artists Michael Jackson, The O’Jays), Alan Waddington (played with artists Gwen Stefani, Bon Jovi, Willie Nelson), Nick Mancini (played with the likes of Kamasi Washington, Family Guy), Grammy award-winning composer John Prouxl, Tim Jaquette (Paula Abdul), Steve Cotter, J. Michael O’Neil, Jimmy Emerzian, and many more.
Nathan has toured with greats like Melissa Manchester and shared the stage with virtuosos like Andy Martin (from soundtracks like Monster’s Inc.), Nick Mancini (Post Modern Juke Box), Clayton Cameron (Sammy Davis Jr.), Jay Jennings (from Snarky Puppy).
Since 2015 Nathan Pinto has been contracted by the likes of Disney, has held residencies with the Blue Note Swing Orchestra at the famous Royal Hawaiian in Waikiki Beach, and has done work for companies like Sheraton and Fox.
Nathan Pinto arranges for Orchestra, Chamber Groups, Vocal Ensembles, Big Bands, Jazz Combos, Pop combos, Rock and more.
Nathan practices Recording Arts using Logic and Pro Tools. He is currently on staff at California State University, Long Beach, as a Performing Arts Technician running Live Sound, Mixing, Recording, and Sound Engineering.
Nathan is well-experienced in recording groups ranging from Vocal or Instrumental Trios, Quartets, Chamber Groups, Jazz Combos, Big Band and Orchestra.
